Terms

- Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. All our items are made to order and although we endeavour to get your orders out to you before this time, it can take a while to get the creative juices flowing.
- Returns - We do not allow refunds for personalised items unless faulty. Please review your communications and double check spellings. If you would like a design proof sent please let us know.
- Delivery Fees - All parcels are sent via Royal Mail and prices are set at £2.50 for small items and £3.00 for larger items. We do combine postage automatically on multiple purchases
- Sizing - Where possible we provide items manufactured in the UK which are "true to size"
